Summary:
This equipment is specially used for producingΦ8-Φ25.4mm, δ0.4-1.2mm stainless steel straight seam welded pipe. It made by refined materials in high precision and equipped with fixed length cutting saw. The main machine includs forming, welding ,sizing and straightening device. The composition of equipment is from uncoiler to fixed length-cutting saw. Rolling speed can be adjusted correspondingly within suitable range of pipe diameter and wall thickness.
Applicable material:
Material: SUS302 stainless steel strip
The thickness of steel strip: 0.4-1.2mm (As per GB708-88)
The width of steel strip: 25-80mm(±0.2mm)
I.D. of steel coil: Φ300-Φ450mm
O.D. of steel coil: Φ600-Φ1000mm
Maximum weight coil: 500kgs

O.D.: Φ8-Φ25.4mm
Wall thickness: 0.4-1.2mm(Square and rectangle pipe≤0.8mm )

Product (steel pipe) process flow:
Raw material (steel coil)→uncoiling→shearing and end welding→non-power leveling→forming and shaping→TIG welding→Polishing burrs outside of weld seam→cooling→sizing and shaping→roughly straightening→ fixed length cutting→finished pipe→run-out table
